Rock climbing may sound intimidating to many people, but you’d be surprised how relaxed, challenging, and inspirational it is. How many times are you reminded to step outside your comfort zone? Climbing trips are available for people of all ages, experience and fitness levels. People are often surprised by how well they do on their first climbing experience. There is something very soothing about climbing. The focus becomes all about the rock and the natural movement, and all other worries seem to melt away.
