What is a Health Coach?
Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
No one diet or exercise plan works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

We often look for outside influences to find happiness in our life. Holding on to stuff because you are unwilling to let go of the emotional attachment, or the fear of needing it some random day decades from now. Come on… really? We are not our stuff. We are defined by our belongings. Is the stuff in your house weighing you down? Do you cringe every time you pass by your chaotic closet? Free yourself by letting go.
This is the first step of opening your eyes on how to live a more fulfilling life. It’s about freedom. This exercise alone will help open your eyes on how to continue the freedom path. Simplify your life. Do NOT UNDERESTIMATE this power.
I’ll come to your house and help you organize, get rid of the crap you don’t really need, and create a plan for keeping your home filled with only the items that truly make you happy. You’ll see how relieved, calm and centered you feel. I’ll also sell your un-needed stuff on craigslist. Bonus! Not only to you clean up your home, but you make some cash in the process.
PANTRY CLEAN OUT
Clean eating starts with a clean pantry. What are the food demons hiding in your kitchen? Organize your pantry and fridge, and get rid of those bad foods that are over processed, filled with artificial ingredients, and derail your healthy goals. We will work together to discuss what to keep, what to toss, and healthier substitutions for those items you just can’t live without. Learn the essentials of healthy staples to have on hand at all times. In the end, you’ll be fully equipped to determine if it stays or if it goes.
Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
